Typing Desk

You inspect, we type. Send field notes, sketches and photos, and the desk returns a completed report in your form software, ready for your review and signature.

Every report is checked against USPAP, UAD and the lender's own guidelines before it leaves the building. Findings come back as clear, fixable notes, not vague flags.

Pricing

Pay per report.

Same model as the rest of NKS: you pay for work delivered, not for seats or retainers. Rates depend on form type, volume and scope, and we will put exact numbers in writing when we talk.
